Curtis Dean Loftin, p.2     Born: 08 May 1953, Newton, Catawba County, NC   2008   Our family takes a trip to the beach in 2008 and stays at Xanadu II in North Myrtle Beach, SC.  It quickly became our favorite place to stay.   Carolyn & Curtis enjoy the waves and beach breezes   (Left)  Ali, Savanna & Beth (Right) Leslie and Philip     Carolyn, Beth, Savanna, Ali and a new little friend take an evening walk on the beach   The family spends lots of time together     Ali, Savanna and Curtis pose for some beach photos     "Build-A-Bear" and going out to eat         2009   Regardless of your age, snow is a joy to almost everyone living in the south.   On Sunday, 01 Mar 2009 the weather forecasters were calling for snow - with an accumulation of between 4 to 8 inches.  It started sleeting Sunday afternoon and turned to snow about 5:00.  Catawba County got between 7 and 8 inches of snow.                               The snow clung to the trees creating a breathtaking winter wonderland         (Above) Curtis, age 55   (Below) A view of Curtis' Mother's house next door       2010   December 26, 2010   6 1/2 inches of snow on December 25 - 26, 2010     The first major Christmas snow in many years   Carolyn       YouTube Video Curtis cleaning snow off of the cars, December 26, 2010.
