In 1910 Densford and Lydia were still living in the Catawba
Township with seven of their children. Oldes son, Ivey
Aderholdt Witherspoon, was no longer living on the family farm.
Dense and Lydia had two more children born since the 1900
Census: Marvin and Loy. Densford's older brother, James
Napoleon Witherspoon and his family were living nearby.
The census further indicates that Lydia had born nine children
but only 8 were still living - indicating that a third child had
been born (but died) since the last census. |
