Manley Wilson Cranford Jr.     Born: 06 Sep 1860, Catawba, Catawba Co, NC Died:  14 Mar 1927, Charlotte, Mecklenburg Co, NC   Manley Wilson Cranford, Jr. was born 06 Sep 1860 in Catawba, Catawba County, North Carolina to Manley Wilson Cranford, Sr. (1821-1889) and Mary Martha Lomax.     The 1879 Catawba County Census shows Manley Wilson Cranford Sr and Martha living in the Mountain Creek Township of Catawba County with their four children: Laura (age 15), Mary (age 13), Nancy (age 11) and Manly Wilson Jr. (age 9). Manley Wilson Cranford Sr. was 47 years old and Martha was 40.
