Michael Pinkney Robinson was the fifth child born to John Simpson Robinson and Elizabeth Epps Lineberger Wilkinson.  Michael Pinkney was born 06 Jun 1848. (*I've seen his death date year listed as 1936, 1937, 1938 and 1939.  This 1937 date is the date listed on his grave marker at Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church in Sherrills Ford, Catawba County, NC).

Michael Pinkney Robinson's Death Certificate shows his age as 88 yrs, 8 months and 7 days at the time of his death on 13 Feb 1937.  His father is incorrectly listed as John Wilson Robinson instead of John Simpson Robinson but his mother, Essie Lineberger, is listed correctly.  He was widowed at the time of his death and the cause of death was listed as "Choleithiasis" (or black gall stones). The informant listed on the Death Certificate was son John Franklin Robinson.
