Lewis Hubert Goble

Born: 23 Jul 1910, Alexander County, NC
Died:  18 Jan 1911, Alexander County, NC

The first child born to Martin Luther Goble and Beulah Vernesta Johnson was Lewis Hubert  Goble.

According to the 1910 Miller's Township, Alexander County, NC Census, Nessie, age 21, worked as a servant on the farm of Jacob and Fannie Goble.  Nessie and Martin, age 20, became romantically involved and she became pregnant.  Martin & Nessie were married 25 Apr 1910, and Lewis Hubert was born 23 Jul 1910.  The census also says that Nessie had no children - she actually had two (May & Ethel) at this time.
