Arthur Weeks     Born: About 1780 Died: Before 1850   Arthur Weeks was one of at least three children born to Julian Weakes.  Arthur was born about 1780.     Children of Julian Weakes Name Birth Death Spouse Arthur Weeks 1780 1850 Sarah "Sally" Cobb John Weeks       Archibald Weeks             Arthur Weeks married Sarah "Sally" Cobb prior to 1811.  Sally was born about 1784 and was the daughter of Kenior Cobb of Sampson County, NC.  Their marriage produced at least four children.   Children of Arthur Weeks and Sarah "Sally" Cobb Name Birth Death Spouse James Kenan Weeks 11 Sep 1811 Hoe Swamp, Sampson Co, NC 04 Jun 1893 Sampson Com, NC Mary Vann m. 10 Jan 1839 Sassie Ann Weeks 1813 1870   Bennett Weeks 25 Aug 1822 03 Jun 1893 Penelope Eliza King m. bef. 08 Oct 1850 Mary Weeks Dec 1824 1910 Thomas LIndsay       Julian deeded his sons John, Arthur and Archibald Weeks 78 1/3 acres land each on 09 Oct 1810.  Arthur bought 78 1/3 acres from John Weeks on 15 Feb 1814.  Arthur bought the 78 1/3 acres from his brother Archibald Weeks on 15 Jan 1827.  By 1827 Arthur had 435 acres of land along Hoe Swamp and Bradley Branch.                           SOURCES                 If you have additional information on Arthur Weeks, please contact me.
