Sallie Allie Loftin was born 12 Sep 1913 in Catawba County, North Carolina. Allie was the seventh child born to Alonzo Lester Loftin and Ida Lillian Setzer.

Allie married Glenn Cluustus Lee. Allie and her sister, Sadie, had married brothers, Glenn & Vernon Lee.
Glenn & Vernon's mother, Minnie Jenero Setzer, was a 1st cousin to Allie & Sadie's mother, Ida Lillian Setzer.
Allie and Glenn resided at the corner of Bandy's Cross-Roads where he owned and operated a grocery store.
