Hattie Pearl Loftin was the sixth child born to William Alexander Loftin and Laura W. Cranford.  Pearl was born 09 Jul 1890 in Catawba County, North Carolina.


Pearl spent most of her adult life living in Gastonia.

Pearl spent the later part of her life living with Tom & Cordie Wilson, her sister.
