Arthur Lee Loftin was the fourth child born to William Alexander Loftin and Laura W. Cranford. Lee was born 20 Jun 1884 in Catawba County, North Carolina.
Lee married Alice Josephine Gilleland on 23 Sep 1906. Josephine was born 20 Jul 1890. She was the daughter of Mitchell Melmouth Gilleland and Delila Ann Catherine Murphy.
Lee and Josephine has eleven children.
